I wonder if this is what hundreds of thousands died for?

Is there any chance these USSC people were under any pressure to do this - in order to undermine fly-over country. I mean ... this law does affect that area.

The newsmax story isn't telling the entire story: the problem with the Kansas sex in restroom case is that the law had seperate punishments for the same crime based on what genders were involved. If it was man on woman sex it could be pled down to a lesser charge. Man on man sex couldn't. It doesn't mean that you can't have anti-public sex laws.

Oh please. All they need do is rewrite a statute or two. If they're too incompetent to figure out how to legitimately ban public sexual activities, then they need only lift the wording from statutes in the 37 states which repealed their sodomy laws before Lawrence.

Can you post the whole article from this source, or is it one of the verboten ones?

Since people are allowed to defecate in private in a public restroom, by the "logic" of the USSC's left wing, acts of sodomy committed there would necessarily be protected.
