After the 20,000 move their and make it a FREE for all state, then every loser, pothead, AIDS/STD infested, scumbag will quickly follow and descimate everything. Wyoming will be a whole state of San Franciscos with folks crappin' on the sidewalks in business districts driving away every sane person who wants to do business. As most sane, conservative-minded folks have done in San Fran, they will move somewhere else to raise their families.

The scumbags will quickly begin to outnumber the sane folks and vote for anyone who will give them socialized medicine and "progroms" to take care of them after they've hit bottom. Then it's GAME OVER. You lose.
