When reporting about Texas renegade Dims in NM, please add NM to the list of topics.
Check out the NM Freeper board -- cops are keeping any protesters 500 YARDS from the hotel -- a freedom of speech issue building there.

http://www.freerepublic.com/perl/redirect?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.txdemocrats.org%2F The website above asks people to call Rick Perry and tell him to call off the special session. He is costing taxpayers $1,871,000 so far and only he can stop it. Here is my e-mail to them.
"I am amazed you blame to Governor for the cost of the special session. I would NEVER allow my son or daughter to act like you are acting. If you think this impresses anyone but hard core liberals you are delusional. Conservitive Texas Democrats expect honor and bravery from its representatives not childish behavior. At least in Texas we could at one time say Democrats here are not like those in Washington, not any more. Disgusting."
I hope I did the link right, if not its at the top of the page.

My suggestion: Show up at the hotel in an environment-friendly hybrid station wagon with a rainbow sticker on the back window (make sure you haven't showered in the last couple of days so you have a more genuine leftist air about you). Claim to be a green/animal-rights/homo activist (it would help if you have a TEA or NEA membership card as "credentials") that is so impressed by their brave stand that you want to take some of them out to dinner (you'll need to nab at least three since the lone dem that remained in Texas might bolt if you only bring back two). Once you have them in the car, hop on I-20 East and don't stop until you meet the Texas DPS officials that are waiting for you well inside the state of Texas. Turn them over and thank them for their service.

I got an idea...if every FReeper would go down to their local plant and nursery store and buy a small bag of 'Organic Chicken Fertilizer', put a label on the bag (do not repackage it) and send it UPS to these demonRATS in NM...maybe the media would pick-up on our campaign to send Chicken Shit to the Chicken Shit demonRATS!

Be sure you have the auto locks on the doors, so they can't open them.

They dont want anything happening on their property ...thats for sure...but I think the most that will happen is the police will ask you to leave (as they did the one guy who showed up)..I will go down more and look for press people. Should anyone do anything you want it covered
A satellite truck is in the parking lot

500 yards radius is a pretty big hotel. Who's paying for this anyway? Police protection?

It certainly needs looking into. These methods could cripple a state and government. These experiments with legalese are very scary.
I know the way the Judicial System is manipulated and controlled by lawyers and with these tatics the ABA could possibly orchastrate a take over of our government, regardless of how far fetched it may seem.
Lawyers have to much control of our country now and they are only policed by the ABA and other lawyers.
How could we trust this much power in the hands of the military or a police department.
The ABA in essence controls this government of ours already.

No, there is a recall in TX only for city officials under home-rule charters. Legislators may not be recalled.
