Well, I think we should have a pledge drive in which we agree to donate a specified amount to the re-election of the president every time Moford writes one of these columns.

What a dilemma for him! Imagine how he would feel if every time he wrote an anti-Bush column he knew that thousands of dollars would be flowing to the Republicans!

Then we could issue a press release periodically crediting Morford with a dollar amount of donations on a chart! And a thank you note!!

The desperation of these liberal wankers is palpable, is it not? They can taste loss (in Morford's case this isn't his favorite flavor obviously) and as control slips through their fingers, they ratchet up the rants. You gotta love it.

Heh, heh, he said "titter."

She also said "Bush." Neither one appeals to her.

Look. You cannot reach me. You are nowhere near. You have no true power and no true connection and have yet to make any sort of splash in the calm lake of open-thighed soul.

This post wins the "Methinks thou dost protest too much..." award of the day.

Wow, they are self destructing, aren't they, the liberals. I thought it got pretty bad with the anti-Clinton invective here on FR (I never HATED the guy, just thought he was a scumbag), but this PUBLISHED rant makes even the worst Clinton hater here sound like Leo Buscaglia. Its hilarious! A remarkable example of Projective Identification.

In Projective Identification - an advanced stage of projection of a person's pathology - the individual sees the other person as being the cause of his problems and unhappiness. The target person(s) is usually emotionally linked to the individual and does not have the problems/attitudes ascribed to him. The sick person generally projects his own defects; that is, sees them in the very person or persons who are good to him. Envy is the underlying cause of projective identification, a theory initially proposed by Melanie Klein.

Then his weekly list of politicians and other dishonorable folk would get his usual rants which sounded a lot like this Morford guy, only from a crazy conservative would be dispatched each week.

Oh really? So tell me, whats his handle here on FR :)

It is hard to imagine that anyone, including the SFC, the NYT, LAT, and WP, would print this juvenile rant but I am glad they did. These attitudes of the homo left need exposure.

You are a jagged pothole on the highway to hell and the broken step on the stairway to heaven. ... And the divine only smiles, licks its lips, and shimmies on.

Talk about a confused mind! To even mention heaven and the divine amongst this Sodomic paganism is the epitome of incongruence.

MG you should have warned us! That Gay Bay San Francisco sicko needs some serious help. Of course no one wants to 'reach' him but at least he has a whorehouse warehouse of toys to vent his frustrations.

Perfect. A Bush "Count the Morford's pledge drive". Everyone contributes a certain ammount every time Bush is mentioned by him.

In all seriousness, is anyones sexual orientation really an issue as long as they are intellectually honest when it comes to an editorial?

What's really being expressed here is very bad manners, a lack of consistant intellectual courage, a spoiled brat mentality, selfishness, a poor command of the working principles of our government and it's voters, arrogance, and emotional instability.

An introduction to philosophy course at the local community college would do this guy a world of good. He lacks a framework in which he can debate.

Like many of us here at FR, our own writings are our worst enemy. Of course we are all civil with each other. A quality Mr.Morford seems to lack. Not a very classy guy.

I tried to get him interested in FR but he has no patience for any view but his own. He'd rather sit in his favorite watering hole surrounded by societal outcasts and wear his 145 IQ like a badge of courage among the bottom dwellers.

This reads like someone liquored-up a twelve year old, handed him/her a thesaurus and let him rant. Somehow, I can see this guy writing his name on the bathroom wall in his own feces and giggling uncontrollably over his "cleverness."
