Everything you ever wanted to know about one of the best and the brightest of the Democrat presidential candidates is right here at his weblog.

Dennis himself shares with you his hopes, dreams and innermost thoughts:

So when you run into people who say "no chance," think instead about what you can do to help them believe that they have a chance to reach their dreams. With faith in ourselves and faith in our nation, we can create a new world.

A new world, indeed - a new world where same-sex marriage is the norm:

I believe it's time that America enables, through federal law, same sex marriage. When two committed people love each other they should not have to go state to state in search of a place to be married. As President, I will lead this country towards greater tolerance, greater compassion and greater opportunities for all. I ask you to join me in support of fairness and equal justice.

I tell you, the man's a visionary. Why, just imagine: a Department of Peace.

As we stand on the threshold of a new millennium, it is time to free ourselves, to jettison our illusions and fears and transform age-old challenges with new thinking. We can conceive of peace as not simply the absence of violence but the active presence of the capacity for a higher evolution of human awareness, of respect, trust, and integrity. Of peace, wherein we all may tap the infinite capabilities of humanity to transform consciousness and conditions that impel or compel violence at a personal, group, or national level toward creating understanding, compassion, and love. We can bring forth new understandings where peace, not war, becomes inevitable. Can we move from wars to end all wars to peace to end all war?

If that doesn't bring a tear to your eye, then what will?

Have Kuchey take his ritalin first. Then I'd be happy to join his vibe. He needs a room next to Roger Waters in some nuthouse for the rich and famous.

I find it humorous that he still gets coverage although he barely gets a percentage point in most Democratic Pretender Polls

**FR Exclusive** KUCINICH SOLICITS FOREIGN MONEY FOR 2004 ON FOREIGN WEBSITE (JAPANESE) [VIOLATION?]
Global Peace Campaign (Japan) Website in Japanese ^ | 28 July 2003 | AmericanInTokyo

(You will need a browser with Japanese font capability, and ability to comprehend written Japanese)

As a FReeper Researcher, I have just come across a JAPANESE organization, based on an overseas JAPANESE website, in JAPANESE, that is encouraging foreigners to contribute money to and assist the "Campaign for American President Dennis Kucinich".

The URL of the activity was located at:

http://www.peace2001.org/

The organization is called "Global Peace Campaign" located in Japan. It is part of an umbrella of socialist and communist organizations opposing US efforts in Iraq, it supports North Korea, and is aligned with the usual communist movements.

The website has the invitation clearly written in Japanese, on the upper left side of the page, along with a link to the Kucinich campaign in the US, and a photo of the candidate. The organizers specifically solicit 500 Kucinich campaign contributors in Japan as a goal. Below are the comments in Japanese, translated by myself.

[Japanese]: "Dennisu Kusinichu wo amerika no daitoryo ni!"

[English]: "Let's Make Dennis Kucinich the American President!"

[Japanese]: "Dennisu Kusinichu shi no homupaiji --eigo ban"

[English]: "Link to the English Homepage Site for Dennis Kucinich"

[Japanese]: "Amerika no heiwa daitoryo ni. Campaign"

[English]: "Campaign for American Peace President!"

[Japanese]: "Nihon kara America daitoryo senkyo ni oenshimasho!"

[English]: "Even from Japan, let's support (his) election as American President!"

Further, there are links to three sites. One is put up by a Japanese citizen, Takeshi Kawagoe, stating it is a "support site for the American candidate for peace."

The Federal Election Commission Smoking Gun:

On hitting one of the links, you are directed to a page which SPECIFICALLY solicits a backdoor way to raise funds overseas for the Kucinich Presidential Campaign in Japanese. It is done under the guise of selling his books, and the organizer even recognizes that contributions by foreigners to a presidential campaign is illegal, however, he has arranged for a way for them to get around it via the Kucinich books. He clearly shows the sales of the books assists the presidential campaign and heralds that there has been good success recently in the book sales. Japanese readers are told how much money to send, and are provided a SPECIFIC Japanese bank account number to make their cash donations to the Kucinich Campaign.

The Dennis Kucinich bank account to receive foreign funds from Japanese is: "Harmonix Life Center, Japan Postal Account # 00110-1-114224".

FReepers, conservative American radio talk show hosts, legal lurkers, FBI, FEC, (whomever), have at it, go at it!

His "Dept. of Peace" will probably be staffed by the "peaceful" members of the pro-terrorist International Solidarity Movement.
