I think he's a closet conservative, or will be a full fledged conservative one day.

While he rants against Bush in some of his songs, I'd bet he did not vote for Gore.

I found it humorous that so many folks here on this forum rant and rave against the culture of Political Correctness that has permemated American popular entertainment, yet when someone like Eminem comes along and is openly hostile to this PC culture, he is dismissed as a product of the liberal left out to poison the minds of our children.

I became aware of Eminem when I saw a video in which he mocked Slick unmercifully. I think it was "My Name is Slim Shady" although I could be wrong since I'm not really a fan.

You're right he does have talent although he seems a few problems on the emotional side, as well.
