To some of us, jumping is dancing!
We all aren't that graceful
LOL! Well, I'd sure hate to be on a dance floor with a bunch of 'jumpers'.
I'll bet *you* are a good dancer. : )

Good morning, and thank you so much, Dansy! Somewhere in all the sites I visited to get additional information, I read that DFW International Airport alone is LARGER that Manhatten (I think it was) - but didn't include it because I couldn't remember exactly! (I went back to try to find it again when I did the part about Texas is SOOOOOOOO Big, and couldn't for the life of me find that statement.
There certainly are a lot of different landscapes and cultures in Texas. Still, the Hill Country takes first place with me - that's where we'll be the weekend of the 15th) :)

Mama_Bear's going to post the next pet thread. LOL! LOL!! Yes, let's all play musical chairs and post each others threads for awhile! If nothing else, we will keep everyone guessing about what is coming next. ;-)
Beautiful presentation of Texas, Billie. My only recollection of Texas is driving through it with my family (I swear, for three solid days!) on one of our military transfers across country. I was about ten years old, I guess. This was back in the OLD days before air conditioning came as standard equipment on most cars. I thought we were going to die from the heat.........just dry up and blow away like a big ol' Texas tumbleweed! LOL.
YOUR Texas looks so pretty and inviting and I love the Texas pride that seems to be born into y'all. :-)
Happy Tuesday to one and all. Bear hugs all around!
Since January 2000 I have lived in Waco, TX, but by this weekend I will be a resident of Cedar Park, which is just NW of Austin. This old suspension bridge over the Brazos River built for the Chisholm Trail is Waco's symbol.

The way that August is flying by, that shouldn't be long. Hang in thewre!
Gotta get back to the "grind." Have a great day! And, check in more often when you can!
