Bush directs 26 million dollars of aid for Palestinians

CRAWFORD, Texas, Aug 5 (Reuters) President George W. Bush said the United States would provide 26 million dollars for urgent assistance to Palestinian refugees in the West Bank and Gaza.

In a memorandum to Secretary of State Colin Powell, Bush said he determined that up to 26 million dollars be made available from the U.S. Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund for a contribution to a U.N. relief fund for Palestinian refugees.

Bush said the aid was needed to meet ''unexpected and urgent refugee needs in the West Bank and Gaza.'' Bush is seeking to prod the Palestinians and Israelis into taking further steps along a U.S.-backed ''road map'' for peace that envisions a Palestinian state by 2005.

More money to a terrorist supporting entity, an entity which brought upon themselves to become refugees, cause if they stayed when Israel was founded, they would have been Israeli Arab citizens, etc. etc.

So, what's the total money given this year to these "people"? Let's see, $50M Powell Check, $20M direct aid to Palestinian Authority, $300M for PLO "security services" and now $30. On top of this take a billion or so from the EU and another couple of billion from the Arab World and Iran. It is good to be a terrorist after all...

I look at it this way. The average US taxpayer coughs up $4000 annually in federal income taxes. George Bush could have told 6500 Americans that this year they could use that money to pay off loans, take a vacation, send their child to a private school, buy a car, put money down on a new home, invest in America, or stuff it in a mattress. But "W" couldn't restrain from his impulsive habit of throwing money at any cause. The man has no sales resistance. Any pitch, and scheme, any scam that man falls and cuts a check before they even make the close.

I guess 6500 people should feel happy that their slave-master told them to bugger off. It was far more important to confiscate that money and give it to terrorists and to the kleptomaniacs that allegedly distribute this money.

Now where is that poll that asks us how we think "W" is handling the economy. The dude spends other people's money like he's a drunken sailor. (or drunken National Guardsman)
