Am I the only freeper who thinks Maureen Dowd has lost it? Am I naive in thinking her puerile and vapid observations may eventually rankle the New York Times, which takes its liberalism very seriously? As much as I can't stand Dowd, I'm starting to be grateful that her columns are so silly. I wouldn't want a conservative columnist to make his political points by personally attacking the physical appearance of public figures.

Freepers, what do you think? Will the Times tire of Dowd any time soon?

The only thing I can think that would be appropriate here would be to let cow Dowd loose into the arena, and have President Bush rope her and hog tie her, and then brand a huge lette "B" on her butt.
