Yeah that was the flap here but apperently the official line is Coyote's was here once and the forest dept. or whatever are purposely releasing them in the area to help control the deer population.

Small kids have been stalked and lots of pets and livestock have been attacked.

I live inside the city limits and have seen them while walking on recreational path the goes about 2 miles from center of town towards a state park.

I live in the city, in what many would refer to as the fringe of the 'hood, and I have seen fox, deer, racoons, and possum on a regular basis. I have heard 'yotes but not seen them but I have to be walking a bit farther north for that..mind you this is well within city limits. Animals are no longer afraid of human encroachment on their habitats.

I have to agree with with everyone who says S3 in regards to the wolves. Critters is critters, and if they be a bane then they should be dead critters. just my two bits
