For those who have missed the show, lots of beefy material on where McClintock stands on the issues here:

Where McClintock stands on the issues that matter!

(Let's see Schwarzenegger even come close to matching this...)

FYI - Tom McClintock was on with Tony Snow filling in for Brit Hume on his show tonight. May be replays later this evening ,, check your local bat channel.

Juus heard this on Brian Wilson KSFO show, said Tom sounded great.

HE CAN'T WIN, GUYS. WE NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN WIN RIGHT NOW.

And besides, what's going to help Bush in `04? Governor AHNOLD or Governor WHO?

Yep...time for the Patsy Brigadier purity test. If a candidate isn't 100% score on the issues according to the social conservatives it is better to lose than elect a candidate who gets an 80% on the issues. Recipe for losers.

Let us know what he's saying.

So I'm mowing the lawn, and I hear that Tom McClintock is on the radio. I know a lot of California FReepers want to hear what he says so I post the link. Next time, I'll keep it to myself.

Boy do I feel like an idiot.

I just realize you're right. That's it for me on Free Republic, I'm done. You've mad me see the light! I'm just a waste of bandwidth.

Thanks for saving this site. The world is a better place because of you.

HE CAN'T WIN, GUYS.

False premise. He can get easily 30% of the vote and that's enough to win. He almost beat a Slave Party candidate when outspent 5:1.

And besides, what's going to help Bush in `04? Governor AHNOLD or Governor WHO?

In your dreams.

Justifying a RINO on that basis is not supported by the facts.

How much did George Ryan help Bush?
How much did Dick Durban help Bush?
How much did George Pataki help Bush?
How much did Tommy Thompson help Bush?

It doesn't hold up. RINOs are slow death for Republicans. San Francisco never recovered after George Christopher. After Wilson we got Davis. After Bush we got Clinton.

I think Tom is Terrific, but how's this? My coworker's idea: Ahnuld for Gov - a quick win, with Tom as Lt. Gov. Who knows how he'll get there, but that would be a great team.

Thats how we get Jackie Goldberg and the crazies elected. If we use the purity test we get leftists elected. We need Republicans (not the Bloomberg type) of all kinds elected to represent the people.

Let's see McClintock command what Arnold gets for a film. :-)

Alas, I'm not just some hollywood producer, I'm a U.S. Citizen. Significantly more important role. : )
