This story is nuts. It reports that the group runs a camp "Razaza, 30 miles from the town of Ramadi."
They set up a camp and its location is known to the press and the US military apparently, according to the conclusions the reader must draw, just sits and does nothing.
We've blown away their other camps, chances are this one is gone by now, too.
