The salary or wages? Would you call that a "BENIFIT" (sp)?

A 401(k) plan? Would you call that a "BENIFIT" (sp)?

Health insurance? Would you call that a "BENIFIT" (sp)?

Requiring anything less than 2,080 hours of work per year? Would you call that a "BENIFIT" (sp)?

OBTW, straw boss, I'd work without "BENIFITS" (sp) if I was offered a sufficiently high monetary salary. It's a trade-off.
