Dr Spitz last night said that that cut on the baby was most likely caused by a propeller or being moved around by strong currents and therefore bumping into a sharp object in the Bay. He even said that is likely how Laci was cut open. He didn't have any problem with the organs being gone from Laci and the Uterus still intact. The Uterus being intact is a VITAL piece of evidence. Also, the coffin birth of the baby was slowed considerably because of the cold temperatures at the bottom of the Bay thereby accouting for a slower buildup of decomp gases in Laci's belly.

Lee and Wecht being retained by the Defense automatically put them under the GAG order. If Baden made that statement and he got that information from the Defense I think they are in for a big surprise. Perhaps that info will be excluded from the trial. AND/OR Geragos will be punished for that.

Jackie-o your uncle sounds like he was an absolute joy to know. Oh, and more bad news. There was agreement between Baden and Spitz that there would be some difference in the autopsy that was done right after Laci was recovered, and any tissue taken by defense.

Dr. Spitz explained that last night. He said even tho Laci and Connor'r remains had been refrigerated that they would still deteriorate. He said, the Defense waiting sooooo long to request to do an independant autopsy was NOT good for the Defense. He seemed to think that the results because of that would no doubt not be good for the Defense. I just believe there is going to be a way to rebutt this statement. And the statement itself by Baden who was given that info by those working for the Defense breaks the GAG order. I refuse, REFUSE I tell you to even entertain that Snott will be acquitted. The Prosecution still seems very confident to me. Snott's calls or statements to Amber may be so incriminating that the Defense will not be able to overcome it.

But Bruce Rayburn, an El Sobrante contractor who is a member of a group of artists who painted the scenes, told the Bee the defense conclusions were "utterly ridiculous."

Looks like the rest of us contractors in El Sobrante will have a little less competition.

Is there anybody else who has actually seen the autopsy that has stated the baby was 38 weeks? Or was that the long end of a range of weeks starting at 31. Baden gets facts screwed up all the time.

Gloria Gomez reports that the defense team may be in serious trouble with Judge Girolomi (sp?) for possible gag order violations in regard to the Modesto Bee article on Wednesday morning. This issue will be addressed in court on Thursday. Gloria Allred was interviewed and basically stated that the defense has violated the gag order.

The defense states that they were not aware of a Modesto Bee reporter being present when they were talking with Henry and Cyril. Nonetheless, KOVR showed a copy of what I believe was a court schedule addressing the fact that the defense has some 'splaining to do.

Gomez also reported that the Rocha family may now receive Laci and Connor's bodies for burial in the near future.

Gomez also reported that there is a problem ~ the Catholic priest the Rochas have been talking with in regard to funeral/burial, is conflicted. He has been counseling Scott Peterson while he has been incarcerated. Gomez suggests that the Rochas will be looking for another priest.

That I don't know, RG. I made an assumption that Baden had seen the autopsy and sonogram report. You know what they say about assumptions. He was on the phone tonight with Greta, not on her program as he was last night. Thought he was in CA.

We'll have to wait and see what Wecht does. He has been known to refuse to testify for the defense, even after put on retainer.

Oh? That is interesting and gives him a lot of credibility. Do you remember which known cases he has refused to testify for once hired? Just curious.

Dr. Lee will probably have testimony that shows that it would have been POSSIBLE for some Satanic cult to do it..."not inconsistent with scenario from Mistah Geragos.." but then when grilled by the prosecution would HAVE to admit that it was also "not inconsistent with attack by husband either."

ROFL! Sometimes I think he hams up that accent of his for effect, like how using bad syntax might help in a college exam when you aren't sure which of two responses would be right. "Sum ting wong here" for OJ wasn't a major declaration of innocence, was it?
