JH..I may be going over the top here but I don't believe these are weasely satanists at all. I think they are just another example of modern liberalism attempting to infect and overtake a group. Be it the scouts, the women's rights movement, the political process, you name it. It's what they DO and they won't stop...EVER!!.

Now, they have targeted the Episcopal denomination for a reason...maybe they are perceived as the weakest link because of their "progressive" views. But the point is it's an invasion of outside liberal influence, IMO, certainly not the church members themselves or even the "legitimate" heirarchy.

Socialism is a God-less They're evil people, so it would follow that satan is their idol; their conception of theism.

The liberals from within the mainline churches have been pushing for "legitimization" of homosexual acts for at least 30 years. It's not a liberal plot from the outside. For over 100 years the liberals within the mainline churches have rejected the inerrancy of scripture--going after (leading?) the latest social fads--there were communist churchmen in the 1930s for example...

This is nothing new, just the latest manifestation of rot from within.

Be that as it may, they cannot do it without the cooperation of the church hierarchy, and that requires working from the INSIDE. I find it more than a little disturbing that the MAJORITY of the bishops voted FOR this abomination.

You are right about that, but God did not call them liberals, he called them the children of Satan.

As for homosexuality only being mentioned a couple of times in the bible they leave out the sternest warning, "no thief, liar, adulterer, man that lies with man, man that dress's in drag, no murderer, shall see the kingdom of God".

Psalms 22, written by David about Christs thoughts on the cross, wrote, "the dogs emcompass me". Dogs as translated by the Strongs are homosexuals. Homosexuals stood at the foot of the cross mocking Jesus. For Christ to refer to them as dogs should send fear sparkling through their very atoms. But part of the just recompense they receive into their own bodies is a seared conscience.

Jude 1 speaks of these apostates in the church who are preordained to this condemnation. Proverbs 7 speaks of the apostate church of the end times. It is not limited to one denomination. These events serve to point out where we are in the history of the world, we are in the "end times" and at the door step of "tribulation". Will it be twenty years or fifty? We don't know that, we can only know by the markers left along the road. Apostates in the church is certainly one of those markers.
