NEVER FORGET

REINHARDT Part I = 2 years ago Chapman University Graduate School/Law School Commencement Speaker Judge STEPHEN REINHARDT was such a Friend of the CLINTONS that he boasted about it over and over again to an audience that ended up BOO'ing him off the Commencement Stage. REINHARDT had to cut his Commencement Speech short because of all the BOO's he was getting every time he mentioned his love for HILLARY & BILL CLINTON. No Kidding..!!! I was there.

REINHARDT Part II = The REINHARDT Ruling to ban our "UNDER GOD" Pledge of Allegiance for our Schools, now on its way the the U.S. Supreme Court.

REINHARDT Part III = The REINHARDT Ruling to probably postpone the GRAY DAVIS Recall back to oblivion.

The Enemy is now Within, the War has Come Home.

I was so afraid that some stupid egomanic judge would do this after Clinton shopped a few for Davis! The people of California will be angry, but helpless as usual to stop this outrage!
We have no rights anymore.

FOGEL has also stopped the mailing out of Military Members' Racall Ballots overseas until he makes his final Recall ruling in 2 weeks, the 1st Killing of Military Ballots since the Year 2000 Florida Election that prompted our nationwide 'SORE-LOSERMAN' Freep Demonstrations that saved this Country.

Very Democrat of him.

This REALLY makes me angry.
Our military fight and sometimes die protecting our right to vote
and now have that very right taken away from them.

Thanks for the revolting info.

The "under God" ruling exposed this hack for what he is.
He reminds me of corrupt/bought lawmen that speckle the history of the old west............

It seems to me this is grounds for judicial impeachment. I live in MA, so it is pointless, but I would suggest that voters who live in areas where they have congressional representation contact their senators and reps about this...

It's amazing how insolent a judge can be. Why not just let the ballots be mailed, and then simply destroy the ballots if the election were postponed.

While I generally wouldn't like electronic ballots because of the ease with which they can be tampered, they could help overseas military votes be counted.

Good catch Ronnie!

I would watch for the judge to push the date out so far that the election exceeds state law requirements. When the judge does this, the election results are almost guaranteed to be overturned by a higher court if they are contested by lawsuit. This is a favorite tactic of "Tammany hall" politicians and their lackeys.

I dont know California law, and its recall election statutes, however. Be vigilant.

Actually, this action represents the SECOND killing of military overseas absentee ballots by Democratic Party affliated judges since the 2000 election. Let's not forget that the Supremes of New Jersey put a hold on sending out such ballots for their state until they could put the recessitated corpse Lautenberg on the ballot in place of Bob (the Torch) Torrecelli. Some New Jersey residents stationed overseas complained that they didn't receive the revised ballots in time for their votes to count, but since they were only military voters, who cares?

What the Dims don't win through votes they win by activist judges.

What the Dims don't win through legislation they win through liberal courts.

What the Dims don't win by force of rational debate they win through lies and media propaganda.

What the Dims don't win through the democratic process they win through fascism.

Thus spake Zarathustra.

Here's a link to a story today in the Mercury News that deals with Fogel and his decision. Gives a bit more info on his backround. And notice that the author of this article neglects to mention anything about who many of the recipients of the overseas ballots might be...

Another interesting link with a mention of Fogel. Do you speak legalese? If so, what does this mean:

Then, at a preliminary hearing which Relator attended as a gallery witness, on October 31, 2000 A.D., Judge Fogel dismissed said CROSS-COMPLAINT sua sponte, but without a proper motion to dismiss having been filed. Then, Judge Fogel openly admitted ‑‑ on the record, in open court, and in a verbal admission witnessed by Relator ‑‑ that he, Jeremy Fogel, was practicing law. It is a high misdemeanor and impeachable offense for a federal judge to practice law from the bench. See 28 U.S.C. 454 and 18 U.S.C. 242.

It is time for Kalifornia to defy the court. We simply cannot allow one person to tell the masses what to do.Besides,it would be impossible to arrest that many people.
