Besides the study described in this article, there have been many others, all with the same results. I recall reading about a survey of the birthdates of men who had recently -- at the time of the survey -- re-inlisted in the US Marines (surely a group likely to share some zodiacal influences). Results? Birthdates all over the calendar, random distribution. Similarly, a study of memmbers of a symphony orchestra. But those were "results oriented" tests, to see what astrological signs those similar people had in common. The test in the article starts out with similar astrology charts, and finds random results. It's nice to see the flip side is consistent.
And who was the comic who asked recently: "Why aren't astrologers winning all the lotteries?"

"I would have expected that from nonscientist astrologers, but not from real "scientists".
. . .interesting details re investigative inquiry into Astrology.
Actually, can see the real scientists boogeying this up; they surely come into the experiment with a built-in bias of science vs what they would consider a pseudo-magic act. . .and they surely do not want astrology ending up on their playing field.
Not all scientists, of course, but would bet that this would hold true for a majority. . .
. . .especially if they are . . .'Scorpios'!
LOL and thanks for stats.

how about if all the esp people and astrologers each post ten predictions BEFORE THEY HAPPEN.That's no fair at all.
Besides precognition is generally reagarded as different form ESP. I'd think anyone gifted with ESP would have read enough to know the difference.

Aries. Fire Sign. I don't know much about it because my fiery nature, quick temper, loads of energy and natural leadership qualities leave me little time to sit around and read horoscopes.
