U.S. House Democratic Leader Rep. NANCY PELOSI of California will be in Springfield for a fund-raising luncheon Tuesday honoring U.S. Rep. LANE EVANS, D-Rock Island. The event is from 11:30 to 1 p.m. at the Renaissance Springfield. Tickets start at $50. Evans represents the 17th Congressional District, which includes part of Springfield

I contacted the Illinois Republican Party HQ in Springfield, they didn't know she was coming and was planning nothing. That's how poorly run this bunch is.

After hearing some of the comments made by Nancy Pelosi I have come to the conclusion that her elevator does not go to her top floor.

Wonder if Nancy Skinner (of the Doug Stephan 'Good Day' radio program) will be using this as an opportunity to further her own candidacy for the US Senate? OR...maybe that's WHY Miz Pelosi is coming to Illinois...to help Skinner drum up support. Doug Stephan is certainly doing all he can to help Skinner!
