Everyone's enemy is the culture of death and destruction. Terrorists just want to kill and have you noticed that they no longer talk about allah or islam? It's come down to just killing and bragging rights.
We are at war and the democrats make me sick too.

People who are still relying on network news, cnn and msnbc are being fed propaganda and spin every day. I strongly urge freepers to wean their relatives and friends away from spin whose sole purpose is to bring the President down by misrepresenting what's going on in the middle east. They don't care about any consequences of spinning a war if it helps their lefty agenda.

I'd appreciate being on your ping lists :-)
Just wanted to say, a friend (52 years old) returned home from Iraq a few days ago. Happy to hear that he did NOT hear about any anti-war sentiments while he was there. And he felt very "welcomed home" once he returned, especially in our small community.
It really ticks me off when soldiers' families protest for them to return. I'm sure 'their' soldiers would cringe if they knew they were anti-war protesting.

I've found that most people (with the exception of rabid left-wing partisans - and a few libertarians who believe you can seal the country off from the outside world) are only against the war because they listened to the negative press. They are astounded (and thrilled) to discover that the troops and military leaders, as well as the Iraqi people, are pleased with the progress they're making daily.
We're finding and sharing the trustworthy news - CENTCOM, letters from the troops, DoD, military news sources. I update my homepage daily.
Happy to add you to the ping list, JLO.
