The guy's basically a war criminal and a certified, bonafide baby-killer. He tried to bomb the Serbian military from 30,000' for two or three weeks and when he figured out that wasn't working, he embarked upon a wholesale campaign of war crimes, basically trying to make the lives of ordinary Serbs so miserable and horrific that they'd somehow or other force Milosevic to hand the ancient heartland of Serbia over to the KLA/AlQuaeda narco-terrorists.

How did Clark achieve his fluency in Russian? It's very hard to become fluent in a language if you don't live for a while in a country where the language is spoken. (I studied German several years in high school and college, spent a good deal of time in Germany and Austria, including being stationed two years in Berlin, had training in German for a few weeks at the Defense Language Institute, and read the language all the time. My German is quite good. But I wouldn't call it fluent.) Did Clark spend some time in the Soviet Union at some point in his career?
