Special day on Reshet Gemal radio, IDF soldiers chose and some even sang their favorite Hebrew songs (the chorus of the IDF took part)

I starting working for McDonnell-Douglas starting in 1978 working in the machine shop building parts for this fine aircraft. My father worked there from 1947 to 1987. Looking at the F-15 always makes me feel that it was all worth it.

HOW PROUD YOU MUST FEEL!!!!!I'll tell you a little bit about my fathers contributions there. He's a WW2 Navy vet. who did convoy duty on the Atlantic. He hired in at MAC as a tool and die maker then became NC programmer. When he retired in 1988 (wrong date on an earlier post) He was the Director of the machine shop (May have been the largest in the world at the time). Guys like him helped win the Cold War with their hard work and creative thinking. He always believed in peace thru streagth.
F-4, Gemini, F-15, F-18, Harrier, he was in on it all.

business end of an F15 squadron Thats a good one.
The Missouri Guard is stationed at Lambert Field here in North St. Louis County and they fly F-15s now. I remember not long after 9-11 seeing a squadron (4) of them coming in for a landing as me and my son drove nearby. This gave me a good feeling to know that here to protect this country ( and hopeing that F-15s somewhere were kicking terrorist butts )
