Someone who works for JFKetchup might want to tell him the job he's running for is Commander-in-Chief. He's not running for river rat nor for anti-war protestor. His Republicn opponent will have almost four years experience as CINC by election time.

Can Heinz Ketchup cause madness? Does the '57' on the jar refer to his IQ? What a dolt. I think it refers to Electoral College vote total he would receive if he were the 'RAT nominee.

Did John Kerry kiss Ortega and the Sandinista's asses like he did in the 80's.
Kerry never met a Commie he didn't love.

Am I wrong or was Kerry a decorated Vietnam Veteran? Yes, his is a decorated Vietnam Veteran.
His fellow soldier and one-time dimo presidential candidate shown below did not receive any medals as far as I know (but he was very good at standing at attention):

Why is it everything Kerry-I'm-a-Vietnam-Vet says is political sloganeering from the 60's?

What's he going to say next, that the wrong side won World War II? No, but it's an article of faith among democrats that the wrong side won the Cold War.

"No, but it's an article of faith among democrats that the wrong side won the Cold War." Indeed. It's still an open question as to whether or not they ever managed to unglue their lips from Gorbachev's butt, or ever bothered trying.

"The true patriots were the troops on the ground giving their service, their lives, their sacred honor." No, sorry, but you're wrong.
The true patriots were the people marching in the streets of America, carrying pictures of Ho Chi Minh, Chairman Mao, Vladimir Lenin and Che Guevara, demanding the overthrow of the U.S. government, nuclear disarmament, free love, free drugs, spitting on uniformed soldiers and calling them "baby killers".
Just ask John Kerry, or any Democrat. After all, they wouldn't lie to us, would they?
Also, you'd better be careful posting things like that. Sounds like something a baby killer would say.

Almost none of the guys in VVAW were Vietnam combat veterans. Some of them were "Vietnam ERA" veterans. A handful of them were vietnam REMFs. Kerry was useful to them as a rare, authentic combat veteran. They were useful to him as a springboard to his first political campaign.
He used to claim he served "two tours" in Vietnam (when he was in ROTC, on his summer cruise his ship sailed past... that was #1!). His actual service was about six months in country, cut short by wounds. He received all his decorations for a single action. By the standards of the day, it's fair to say he earned his medals.
(The most probable explanation is that he did throw the medals when it was politically expedient to be a bitter vet, and quietly had his staff replace them in the late 70s when it became expedient to be a proud vet).
Even Ted the Rescue Diver (who is actually a veteran of the peacetime army, Infantry... although he didn't even make PFC) looks unhappy to be with this French-looking Quisling.

Yes he did along with a couple million other guys who didn't come home and throw their medal on the capital steps to protest against the war.You ought to see a picture of him back then. The only thing he needed to complete things would have been a Volkswagon Bus with a Rainbow painted on th side. He disgraced his uniform but now wants to feature the fact that he served in Vietnam.
