Didn't President Bush pass on a couple of debates? He might have passed on a few of the early primary debates, but certainly not the general election debates against Gore.

Davis did too. Simon edged Davis on, only Davis got to call the shots with the LA Times, and done during lunch time debate, hence one debate, fixed?
