Democrats Attack Blossman

Blossman Sticks to his Guns "Cleo's Bus… Waste of Money"

"I am not a racist, but Cleo Fields is," responded Jay Blossman, the conservative candidate for Governor.

Blossman expanded by saying, "Cleo is the one demanding special treatment andfunding through the Urban Slush funds, only because of the color of his skin. Because of Cleo, reverse discrimination is alive and well in our Louisiana government."

"I believe that race should have no part in our government today," continued Blossman."That is why I have proposed a Racial Privacy Initiative. It would end affirmative action, eliminate minority quotas and stop racial discrimination… reverse or otherwise."

All four Democratic candidates for Governor (Blanco,Ewing,Ieyoub, and Leach)have publicly committed to discriminating based on race when appointing people to cabinet and board positions.

Blossman continued on, "My advertisement clearly demonstrated the absurdity with which our government spends our tax dollars. The hundreds of thousands that Cleo spent on that bus was a waste of money!"

"Cleo Fields should stop hiding behind his Democratic Party, and apologize to the taxpayers of Louisiana for foolishly spending their hard earned money. He should also apologize to me and my family for falsely accusing me, through third parties, of being something that I am not."

Despite his aggressive campaign style and selection of a running mate, whereas other candidates run solo in LA, Blossman has yet to catapult to the top tier of candidates. Democrats Kathleen Blanco and Richard Ieyoub continue to lead in most early surveys.

I haven't seen the latest polls, but from what I understand, Blanco is the leader, which disgusts me. Blossman, and Downer too, is lagging far behind in the pack and Jindal is the only Republican who seems to be making any headway(the Foster affect).
