I was wondering, isn't the testimony of those who say they saw a pregnant woman more important than that of Dempewolf herself? I mean, it's THEIR recall that is important, it would seem--more so than her recall.

Dev - it is undisputed that "eye-witness" testimony is the MOST UNRELIABLE of ALL evidence. More people have been released after wrongful conviction after DNA testing proves that they were NOT the one the eyewitnesses identified. I got the impression from the eyewitnesess in THIS case that they are people attempting a little bit of fame by inserting themselves into this case. Taken all together these people had Laci walking on different streets in different directions at the same time!!
