I left the computer to watch the Georgia game....but I'm back.

I listened to the Legendary Larry Munson while my Dish Player recorded the game. It takes about 40 minutes to watch the telecast that way.

BTW....in a supposedly "down" year, the Dawgs are looking strong (but the test will be in their next 3 games...LSU, Aladambama and Tennessee.....YIKES!)

UM B.S. '95, so I've got to post this...

Now for a cheer they are here, triumphant!
Here they come with banners flying.
In stalwart step they're nighing.
With shouts of vict'ry crying.
We hurrah, hurrah, we greet you now, Hail!
Far we their praises sing
For the glory and fame they've bro't us,
Loud let the bells them ring,
For here they come with banners flying
Far we their praises tell
For the glory and fame they've bro't us,
Loud let the bells them ring
For here they come with banners flying
Here they come, Hurrah!
Hail! To the victors, valiant,
Hail! To the conqu'ring heroes
Hail! Hail! To Michigan the leaders and best
Hail! To the victors, valiant,
Hail! To the conqu'ring heroes
Hail! Hail! To Michigan the champions of the West!

Duck season opens next Saturday..! Heh heh heh...

"Wabbit season!"

I grew up 40 min north of Ann Arbor. It's going to be a fun year if Navarre can stay solid.
GO BLUE!

Holliday is not a good QB. Don't think there is anyone that Holliday can play better than at QB. He doesn't sense the pass rush. He fumbles. And he throws interceptions at the worst possible times where you can't even see a receiver near where he was throwing it, just a defender.

Only hope this year for ND is if they go with the freshman QB Quinn who is good. They could have beaten Michigan State if they had started Quinn. And the Michigan game had givern the evidence they needed.

But will an African-American coach start a white freshman QB who can win over an African-American senior who can't?

Not yet certainly, despite overwhelming evidence.

In his post game press conference Ty was complaining about the freshman Quinn not pulling the game out in one drive when Quinn had played impressively.

Sounds like Ty will keep the affirmative action QB policy and not play the better QB here, who happens to be the caucasian QB.

Look at it statistically too for this year and it isn't close, Quinn should start.

Ty has already been the cause of one game lost that they should have won in Michigan State, due to his going with Holliday.

Bookies in Vegas didn't even take wagers on the game all week. Stuff not seen usually unless there is a star player who may be injured or suspended. Here the suspense I believe was over whether the coach could start the right player over his personal racial preference.
