If we had a President Gore, then after September 11th we would have surrendered our sovereignty top the United Nations with the screams of "Protect us!" and everything would be all hunky-dory right now... Don't forget the martial law that would have probably been imposed almost immediatley after the terror strikes. The Clinton Administration was always looking for an excuse to do that.
