You make some good points....I worry that people tend to label or compartamentalize people into little categories. Deviant behavior should be unacceptable, but not all homosexuals are pedophiles. There is a difference. Although some homosexuals are both homosexual and pedophiles, the two are completely different issues. There are several studies that demostrate that many pedophiles are heterosexual and appear to be good, upstanding members of the community.
Word to society, watch and protect your children. The nice woman at the library or the kindly gentleman at the park many be a monster under the surface. Family members are often the perpetrators...I hate suspecting anyone, but child abuse has hit very close to home in my life. It is a lot more common that people want to acknowledge or admit.
People put labels or tags on homosexuals. I agree with a couple of posters here that I hate that this forum descends quickly into homophobia and intolerance. Homosexuals in this circumstance was not the issue...it was pedophilia (in my opinion, an issue far worse as it is affecting children).

Here we have a case of a man molesting a boy. That makes it homosexual. It is also pedophilia but it is definitely homosexual activity.

While there are more heterosexual molesters than 'homosexual' molesters there are a far higher percentage of 'homosexual' molesters than there should be based on the percentage of 'homosexuals' in the population. (something like 35% of all molesters are 'homosexuals' compared to only 1.6-2% 'homosexuals' in the population) BTW, I know a large number of people who were molested and most of them were molested by 'homosexuals'. I know of only two who were molested by heterosexuals.

What this boils down to is that every 'homosexual' must be considered a child molester as the odds are so great that he/she is. It's just not worth our children's safety to consider a sexual pervert as anything but a molester.

Which leads of course to the third law of homosexuality:

Any exposure of children to homosexual behvaior is child abuse
