Ummmm,lets see,a list of things found in the bay....duct tape,ankle weights,cement bag,tarp #1,tarp #2,clear plastic,blk pastic,55 gal drum,life preserver,launch wheels,rope, carpet,latex gloves,red bull can,santa hat,marriage license...any one else want to add to the list? I know I have left out a lot of things.

Hi hergus,what a great shot, you captured on MSNBC. It appears to me they used the clear plastic bag to collect(hold) some,dark plastic sheeting? I cannot make out, what else is in the clear bag. Thanks for posting the picture.

For the defense it is all going to hinge on testimony about Connor's time of death.

This is going to be a gruesome trial.

If they have SP's fingerprints on the tape or tarp, it is over and it doesn't matter how fast the defense tap dances.

Looks like Garth Stapely and John Cote' from the Modesto Bee bought a copy of the latest edition of The National Enquirer.

Maybe a follow-up article in the future will speculate on fingerprints on the duct tape.

After reading the NE account posted by Velvetta on the last thread, Mrs dd and I were discussing why there may be some truth to the fingerprint theory...

Remember, Scaught was arrested BEFORE they had a positive ID of Laci and Connor. Perhaps they had this fingerprint evidence prior to the ID?!?

Did you look at post #14. Hergus posted a link to her website,where there is a picture from MSNBC,showing a clear plastic bag with something inside of it. Any idea's about what could be inside the bag???
