Ninth circus court.
What should be done about the clowns on the 9th circus court in California? Same questions as the more liberal poll on NetDaily, but with one more question for the serious student of our Republic. [8 votes total]

It should be commended as fine example for federal bench (2) 25%
It should continue to lead the way for national justice (0) 0%
It should stick by its guns on issue of recall, pledge, other rulings (0) 0%
Nothing, leave it alone (0) 0%
It should be forced to show some restraint (0) 0%
It should be condemned by all who support rule of law (1) 13%
It should be reined in by Congress, president (0) 0%
It should be impeached by an act of Congress (2) 25%
These three clowns should be taken outsode, lined up against a wall and shot! (3) 38%

Nope. the U.S. Constitution, Article III, paragraf 3 offers the prescribed constitutional means for their removal, by congress:

In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, and those in which a state shall be party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.

But unless they have been found guilty of having given aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States- or its Constitution, which is certainly possible, they should more likely and reasonably instead be removed from their offices and jailed for felony perjury of their oath of office. Of course, if congress refuses tio do their job, or if the federal courts attempt to rule against Article III, paragraf three, then the ENTIRE constitution is null and void, and the remedy you suggest can be applied. But at that point, there are no congressmen, federal judges or Supreme Court any more anyway. They're just another bunch of well-dressed crooks.

And hanging is more appropriate than shooting, as with the Plumer gang of Montana, which also included a corrupt public official, though in that instance it was a sheriff.
