Being here legally should not allow you to vote, that is for citizens.
I also believe that legal aliens (green card) should not be on the "dole" except for emergency medical treatment, that was the way it was once, along time ago. I guess the theory was if you wanted to become a citizen you first had to work and follow the rules, not get into trouble and earn your citizenship. I prefer it that way.

The illegal drivers license stuff will allow those folks to vote, don't forget the motor voter law. One politician (democrat) said no it would not allow voting "You have to swear that you are a citizen" what a jackass, the illegals that are swearing they are citizens already broke the law to get here...........
