Bush Denounced as 'Evil F---' at Kerry Fundraiser

President Bush was denounced as an 'evil f---' at a fundraiser this week for Democratic presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry.

The event, held at Manhattan's Intrepid's Sea-Air-Space Museum Thursday night, featured a vulgarity laced performance by techno-rocker Moby, who invited Kerry onstage for a sing-along tribute to punk rock godfather Lou Reed.

As the duo perfomed Reed's classic "Walk on the Wild Side," Kerry "froze," according to the New York Daily News, when Moby reached one particularly obscene portion of the song.

Then, after the song ended, Moby denounced Bush to the crowd of Kerry-backers as "an evil f---," the News said.

It's not clear whether Sen. Kerry was still onstage when the techno-rocker used the obscenity in reference to Bush - or whether the one-time Democratic fronrunner even heard the outburst.

Though the incident reportedly took place four days ago, Sen. Kerry has had no comment on Moby's use of the "F"-word in reference to the President of the United States.

If they think Bush is a hawk, wait until they get a look at Clarks walk in sized closet.

Well when the DNC nominee is right next to a man vulgarly insulting what's supposed to be a race between Americans you have a problem. Tact dictates Kerry should have told him to use more class at the very least.

Democrats are catering to the angry thug vote.

This incident will have no impact on the Presidential race...but it is a reminder of the mindset of the people who will be running the country if Bush falters in 2004 (even if most of them will avoid using this kind of language in public).

The 1884 race was determined by this kind of outburst--a Protestant clergyman supporting Blaine, the Republican candidate, denouncing the Democrats as the party of "rum, Romanism, and rebellion" a few days before the election. That remark very probably made the difference in New York, which Grover Cleveland carried by a bit over 1,000 votes, and which gave him the electoral votes needed to win. (The term "Romanism" was offensive to Irish Catholics.)

This fits right in with the "Why does the Left have so much anger"?
I must confess I still don't know but I have been thinking about it.

The cause, I believe, is a combination of powerlessness and ignorance in the face of a complex problem, in combination with the realization that, in spite of their sense of self-importance their ignorance limits them to lashing out, swearing, name calling and hissy-fits.

Literally, anyone can do anger and name calling. Even 5-year-olds. Actually, specially 5-year-olds.

The right has talk radio. If the right refuses to engage in battle, it deserves defeat.

I'm hoping the right doesn't stoop to the lows the left has.

Lucifer lefties have always envied the rightous right. It began wayyyy back at the time of creation. Lucifer lefties wanted what others had, and decided to try to steal it.
The lucifer lefties are still stealing from others right up to this very day.
Because the rightous right knows the lucifer lefties are spirits of desolation, in all rightousness, they have to tell Satan and his minions "no."
Satan has always hated that.

Not to nitpick, and it's been a long time since my punk music days, but Lou Reed isn't punk.

Come on. Kerry is enough of a tool that you don't have to breathlessly break news that "Moby" used potty mouth language to attack Bush. Is anybody here really shocked? Once Kerry says that he agrees, "Bush is a f&&#%", please come back and tell me.

Like when the Muslims decide to speak out against or admit their support for Muslim terrorism. Ain't gonna happen.

They're commies. The entire Democrat party and their minions. They show no respect for the office of President. Did Clinton? No.

"Sorry, but this isn't a story. If Kerry said it, it would be one thing. A musician at a fundraiser, said something without Kerry's permission. Kerry might have been within 500 yards of him when he said it. Ooooh, how exciting! "

That argument would carry more weight if the "pottymouthed" musician in question haden't been hired to flap his mouth for KERRY'S fundraiser. As for the "Bush is a f&&#%", Kerry will never comment on it. However, he'll hire Moby again, and that is all the comment that is needed. Moby's show is Kerry's show when Kerry hires him. Especially when he gets onstage with him.

There is such a thing as tacit approval, and that is the issue here.

I remember prior to this war dems swore up and down that they wouldn't become hate-filled and reactionist as the hippies of the 60s.

They did? After they spent the 90s hate-mongering and trying to drive wedges between groups of people? When have they ever NOT been hate-filled?

Forty years ago the RATS were just as bad as now. They started their evil ways 'way back in Civil War times when they were pro-slavery, anti-Lincoln and totally against Emancipation. Does anyone understand why the blacks still vote for RATS? It's a mystery to me, but then again, it was the RATS that put them back on the plantation with billions in welfare cash, thanks to the likes of LBJ, and that was about 40 years ago.

FDR started the socialization of America and the RATS have continued that trend.
