No to both. If a Muslim shouldn't be in the US then the US shouldn't give any visas. So, as it stands at the moment, the answer is no to the first one because all Muslim immigration would have to be stopped before such a decree would make any sense.

As far as the second one goes- are we talking about American citizens or not?

Did I just hear a chick on FoxNews say that at the end of the Gulf War the Saudis had a recruiting tent in the rear lines signing up US soldiers to become Muslims? And recruited approx. 3000?? Did someone hear this too?

Anyone besides me concerned why we haven't heard much from Louis Farrakahn and the Nation of Islam lately? Just wondering.

Does the military still use the firing squad as the method for their death penalty?

I believe yes.

We should regard Islam as we regarded Communism but prevent its adherents from having the same quantity/quality of WMDs.

Too bad traitors aren't executed anymore

The law is still in place. We are quite likely to see it exercised if there are any more such cases, and maybe just with the ones we already know about.

1. All non-citizen Muslims have 48 hrs to collect their personal papers and two suitcases worth of belongings. Report to the nearest INS office for deportation proceedings

YES. Fine and no problem. Although to be Constitutional you'd have to make it all citizens of certain countries (which just happen to be Muslim or Muslim dominated)

2. All Muslims have 48 hrs to collect their personal papers and two suitcases worth of belongings. Report to the nearest FBI office for further instruction

NO deal. Arrest all the ones for which probably cause exists, grill for information on others, and then arrest them. Throw the book at all of them, no plea bargins, no reduced sentences. But, citizens have full Constitutional protection. If the government could violate that for them, they can do it next year for owners of "illegal assault rifles" (Or Bibles for that matter).

But, citizens have full Constitutional protection so they can be treated as citizens who were Communists during the Cold War were treated. Being a communist didn't automatically make them a security risk.

If the government could violate that for them, they can do it next year for owners of "illegal assault rifles" (Or Bibles for that matter).

Theoretically this is true but practically (as in the case of Communism), if the country becomes Islamic, the government will become Islamic and the whole point will be moot ...

I'm sure his command of the language was flawless ...

We really, really, really, should take a close look at individuals and processes in certain agencies. I know it is uncomfortable. I know citizens have rights. I also know we are at war and no one has a right to hold any particular job that involves national security. Those with biases (unavoidable) must be carefully managed. It doesn't mean they will commit treason. It means they may have a bias and could be tempted.
