Nah. College students these days are getting priceless exposure to how manipulative and irritating Liberals are. I doubt any but the most gullible leave college impressed with Liberalism, let alone convinced.

You're zero for two, Grut. When faced with an overwhelming sea of dissenting opinion, most accept some degree of it just to get by. If you don't accept it, you do learn to not speak your views in class, or to draw parallels in your papers, because you do want to graduate. You sure can't count on your professors behaving honorably! Why would they? They left threw out ethics a long time ago. The reality of the education system, from middle school to college is that it is a left-wing indoctrination camp, pure and simple. Even those who survive it are scarred from it.

My freind, who is a 56 year old Vietnam vet, has gone back to school for a graduate degree. One of his courses is titled "the significance of time" or some such. As part of his first assignment his class was given Martin Luther King's letter from the Birmingham jail to read and comment on in a non-interpretive manner. The letter contains phrases like "time doesn't heal all wounds" (refering to slavery, of course) and that "time is the ally of stagnation" (refering to the black ministers of the day who condemned MLK for causing trouble and breaking the law). My freind is finding the course very interesting and was upset that I thought it reeked of propoganda and leftist indoctrination of students. I guess I'm just an old suspicious right winger.
