Johnny, you would not know your Descendants.

Sure he would. They a lying, gutless, bigoted, womanizing, cowards like he was. How soon you forget that it was Kennedy that refused aircover for the CIA sponsered overthrow of Castro and the closing of the bases in Turkey to keep Kruschev (sic) happy after his "bold" stare down in the Missles of October. Add infidelities by the dozens, allowing his brother to wire tap and threaten MLK, and the only difference you find is that he supported tax cuts.

I was 19 when JFK was shot. I'm well aware of the things he did, including abandoning the Cubans at the bay of pigs, and the missles of October in Cuba, and the trade with Kruschev in Turkey, and his affairs.

That was not my point, and it appears you missed it completely. The words he spoke in that speech you won't hear today from any democrat. The party has changed from a bastion of power and might to it's cowardly present day form. You will have evil always, but today's evil is sponsored and supported by the democrats. It wouldn't have been in JFK's time. You would never hear the today's democrats say:

Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of liberty.
