[history]
There are glimpses of the man who boasted he did a million sit-ups to become Mr. Olympia -- focused, famously disciplined -- as Arnold Schwarzenegger readies for an interview on his gubernatorial aspirations.
Striding into a conference room in his attorney's office, he first directs a news photographer -- with a firm smile -- to shoot him in a variety of conversational poses.

Schwartzenegger has the most clear vision and concrete platform amongst all the gubernatorial candidates. It is obvious that he is serious and passionate about finding a solution to California's problems. He seems to me to have the most reasonable and logical ideas. I hope for the sake of Californians and all of America that he is the next Governor.

"We have to forget about Republican and Democrat," That sounds about right given his positions on most issues. Who needs a Republican party when we can have two Democrat parties? It'll be so much easier without two parties.

I know, for instance, my wife, many times, carried the absentee ballots when I was not in the country," he said. There's your problem, Big Guy...Maria knew you weren't voting for her buds, so she "lost" your ballot. Check the trash can next time.

'THINK ABOUT PEOPLE' "We have to forget about Republican and Democrat," the GOP candidate said. "We have to think about people." Scary, huh? This sounds like party doesn't really matter much to him. Power to the people! We only need one party -- The People's Party,

Whoa... If Swartzy wins... this is going to be more entertaining than all of his movies put together.
I am with him 100% though on his premise that this isn't about any party policy... it's about what the people NEED.. not what they WANT, and enough of this molly coddling and not taking personal responsibility for breathing on this planet.

There is nothing impressive about Arnold except his cash; as an actor he is horrible, as a Cartoon he makes money.
He has been making statements that are tired sound bites that were written for him that are so generic and shallow that is humiliating. But most media fans are naive and gulible. Roseanne was a superstar once also. The People Magazine voters are falling down for Arnold.

I can understand why some people would be skeptical.
Someone running for office with clear headed, clear thinking, sound reasoning,
ready to dump the internal trough feeders . . . must be quite a shocking thing to their construction on reality.
