Its really a one man race. Gray Davis is irrelevant. For someone desperate to reinvent himself he looks right now like Dead Man Walking.

One more time: Arnold is not running against Davis. Davis is running against himself, and Arnold is running against 134 other candidates. There is no reason to debate someone you're not running against.

To do that, they say, they must convince voters Davis is the only viable Democratic option and keep the focus on Schwarzenegger. Someday, the democrats will have to realize that there are more important things than worrying and the (D) after ones name. Do they really think the average California Democrat would vote solely to keep a Democrat at the helm, versus voting for someone who'll try to correct the horrible situation that exists in California? Man, when people perceive their pocketbooks and wallets are hurting because of the actions of the RATs and Davis, they'll "just say Arnold".

They may have realized it already. Busty is only attracting 25%.

I'm glad there's only 7 days left in this calculating madness.
The words Davis, Bustamante, McClintock, Schwarzenegger, RINO, Indian gaming, special interests and "a vote for ... is a vote for ...." are ringing in my ears.
I'm now only sure of one thing. California is really screwed up.

California has been screwed up by the ruling party; THE F*ING DEMOCRATS!!!! Flush these b*stards down the commode and things will start to improve.
Thanks. I feel better now. :O)

Democratic Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante, shown to be in a statistical dead heat with Schwarzenegger in recent polls Only in a leftist's wet dream does Cruz' 25% mean a "statistical dead heat" with Arnold's 40% in the recent polls. If Cruz isn't 10 points behind, he's 15. Some "dead heat"!

hey I heard Gray Davis` real name is Gary, but he wanted the sound of Yarg when people read his name backwards so he changed the two letters around. "Hey, look who is Governor..YARG!"

Peter Ragone, Davis's campaign spokesman, said the governor never allows campaign contributors to influence his decisions. "It doesn't happen. Anyone who says otherwise doesn't know what they are talking about," he said.
MEGA WHOPPER! This is too easy! A campaign ad of it's own!

I haven't found the following local tv report on the internet news:..
There is fraud in unemployment payments in California. Hundreds were identified as receiving unemployment from jobs they never had. It was something about people stealing employee/employer data to falsely apply for unemployment. McClintock proposed a bill to combat the fraud, but the measure was tabled by Democrats and said to be too costly of a protective measure to enact.
