Todays endorsement marks the first time that the California Republican Partys governing board has endorsed a candidate in a contested gubernatorial race.
Shall I feign surprise?

THE ARTICLE BEGINS: "In an unprecedented move, the California Republican Partys Board of Directors today unanimously voted to endorse gubernatorial candidate Arnold Schwarzenegger in the October 7 recall election"
In what way is this "unprecedented? In virtually every election doesn;t the GOP Board of Directors endorse a Republican candidate?
Is it the "unanimous" part that is unprecedented?
Or is it that EVERYTHING about an unprecedented recall election would be unprecedented?
Words have meaning. So what the **** are they trying to convey??

Please do. It would be just as amusing as your feigning a willingness to vote for Arnold "if only he would take _____ position".
