"The Washington Post quoted a "senior administration official..."

Oh yeah, I can see a senior administration official giving this info to the Washington Post. Why would anyone from the White House even be speaking to the Post. It's nothing more than a Bush-bashing liberal rag. I think this is bull.

It is now a nothing story. The dimocrats still have headlines blazing the story. Is there any doubt where the presses loyalty lies?

I think this guy watched "Alias" a bit to much and thought his wife was the role model for Sydney Bristow.

Sydney Bristow

IMO, Bubba stuffed his buddies in the CIA and State Department so they could cause trouble for the Bush Administration. That's my analysis of all this hogwash.

Geez, election year is starting way too early.

What really bothers me is that Wilson made the rounds to almost every media outlet yesterday....the making of a scandal....DUH!

Want to bet a quarter that the 2 'senior' admin officers are RAT appointees of slick/albore's?

"They asked me not to use her name, but never indicated it would endanger her or anybody else. According to a confidential source at the CIA, Mrs. Wilson was an analyst, not a spy, not a covert operative and not in charge of undercover operators," Novak said.
So the CIA confirmed the Wilson woman-of-mystery's status as a CIA op, er, non-op, an analyst, and client of Jenny Craig. The Justice Department needs to investigate the CIA.

One wonders what level of security clearance Wilson has and if he was even capable an investigation of "yellowcake."

This is a setup to discredit President Bush and drag him down to the same slimy level the clinton Administration lived at.

The Left and their Media shills will scream bloody murder and demand investigations and "answers". After a while the fuss will quiet down. Much later when real answers come, it will be proven there were no Administration leaks. That will get Page 20B, if at all, by the Press and no mention on the news networks. The lasting impression left for the public is Bush is guilty, broke the law, and hid something illegal which he or his henchmen did for political gain.

This is the technique the Left has been using for decades to smear their opponents. It's the same playbook as always. Nothing has changed. It's sooooo predictable!
