BATON ROUGE - Insurance commissioner candidate Dan Kyle challenged media to "investigate" his claims that incumbent Commissioner Robert Wooley granted waivers to 87 convicted felons to be licensed insurance agents.
The issue came up Monday as Kyle, a Republican, participated in a forum with four other candidates seeking to replace Wooley, a Democrat, in the Saturday primary.
