I looked all the way through the pictures and it amazes me how much Laura Bush just glows. Especially when she's smiling. I bet the President can't wait for her to get home.

First of all, I can't tell you how much fun it is to be part of this group and "talk" to you all (as you can tell by the length of this, I love to "talk"). I'm addicted!First question (remember, I'm brand new to this) where do you find all of these wonderful pictures?

Next question; I've been looking at archives of "A Day in the Life" and was so excited to see the following link:

The link is several years old. I excitedly clicked on it, holding my breath to see these wonderful people together . . . and just got red "x's". I was so disappointed! Is it something I did wrong? These two are such an inspiration to me. Just looking at them together, you can tell they've been through a lot together (his drinking, their inability to conceive and then her dangerous pregnancy, the elections, 911, etc.) but they have grown stronger and closer in their trials.

You can tell that Laura has happily sacrificed the quiet life she perhaps would have preferred, so her husband could live out his dreams, and you can tell that he knows what she has given up, and cherishes her support, which she gives with all her heart. When I look at the two of them together, and I see that true love, with God obviously as the center, it motivates me to be a better wife and support my husband even tho his choices aren't necessarily what I would have chosen.

Anyway, is their any way to access these pictures, or perhaps could we have an early Anniversary Tribute?

I love seeing the First Lady laughing; she obviously loves every moment of her life. What a joy! As for the shoes, I thought perhaps she and the other first lady should have traded!?
