Touch-screen voting is scary. But I find at least as scary that people believe manufactured polls like "43% want to keep Davis" (SURVEY USA, 10/6/03) . I mean any idiot should be able to see from the rallies (for instance a total of 35 supporters showed up to hear Davis at Long Beach) that this is

Good point. I think we saw some of this during the 2000 election. Maybe that is why they are predicting a "close" election-because they have a cheating plan in place already. I hope the Reppublicans have a plan to prevent cheating. You'd think they would have learned from the 2000 election. If not, well, I guess its suburb of Tiajuana for us.
