Caracas, Venezuela -- The political struggle to remove Venezuela's flamboyant leftist President Hugo Chavez makes California's recall election look like a simple civics lesson.

Unlike Gov. Gray Davis, Chavez, a former army officer who first won the presidency in 1998, has plenty of tricks up his sleeve to stall and even derail the process.

Don't be too sure. Davis hasn't left the Governor's office yet.

It aint over until its over.

In Chavez' case, enemies of the Government have been murdered.

This treatment of thousands of people is disgraceful ... it is an assault on the political freedoms of the people.

They are being squeezed out of their freedom like a Boa Constrictor.

They got fired for their beliefs .... hmmm, those who gave Rush the 'bums rush' will no doubt applaud it.
