You can't recall someone who hasn't yet been sworn in.
Maxine,

It will go nowhere.
People are so worn out with politics and Maxine et al will not be able to drum up enough signatures.

The California Democratic Party doesn't have the $$$ necessary to mount such an effort. They can do it, but they'll lose and waste tons of money.
To: Recourse
yep, that'll win more votes maxie....keep it up and you will get 20%
To: Recourse
With turn-out as high as it was in this election, she will need about 12 months to obtain enough signatures to force a recall election. I doubt she has the organization to do more than type up a petition. And she is so used to believing in falsehoods (after all, she is a DemonRAT) that she can no longer tell fact from fiction.
To: Recourse
He did not; she said if there was a recall, she'd sign it.

She's full of crap. He can't even be sworn until he is certified 40 days or so from now.

No, that's for a second recall of a governor who survives the first one.

Don't discourage Maxine from pursuing this self-destructive course of action. Hell, I'll sign first just to get things jump-started for her.
A revenge recall is exactly what the voters want to see. Not.
