Please don't miss the point,and I hope I'm not being critical. It's Christ Only! not Christ plus the apostles creed,Christ plus the Rosary,or Christ plus Mary. These may have been made to express someone or group's expression of a relationship with Christ but they are not meant to be added to Christ. Just like I have a personal relationship,but I don't go around having everybody worship my words or form them into a means of joining someone's club who wants to control the bread. It will always be Jesus Christ and Christ alone. The bread is the word of God and it was never given to be controlled but so that we may be taught from the Holy Spirit another gift from the Father.

hi Rosary, re your post 45, I truly understand all this, I do. I grew up in a Franciscan church called Our Lady of Angels. About DeMontfort, how does he know that Mary wants to unite us to her Son, and the Son wants us to come to Him through His mother? Did the Lord tell him this? Has God revealed to him new information that we need to know , even after St.John's last words were penned and the scripture thus completed? Did God forget to tell us some vital information that the church was not privvy to until various later church fathers, and men like DeMontfort told us? Or is this teaching the doctrines of men? Just wondering.

Have you seen Lord of the Rings? There's a cool scene where Gandalf ("I'm a servant of the secret Fire!") tells the enemy, "There is only One Lord of the Rings, and He does not share power!" Well, likewise, the Lord God Almighty, our Father, does not share power, honor or glory. Of course He will give honor to his saints at the proper time. But we saints are not to share our giving of honor to God "and" another created being of any kind.

Truly, Rosary, it is Jesus who is our intercessor and there is no intercessor to Jesus. That is why He came, and that is His role! (one of many). That is the whole point of Christianity- created men cannot bring us to God. We cannot look to a created being to bridge the gap- that is why we need Jesus and why He came to do this Himself. He does not need help.

Miracles happen every day, with the rosary.
But there is no sense in trying to tell or prove them to you since you are totally oppessed to Loving Jesus' Mother.
And throughout history they have occured as in the articles first posted, and they will continue.
You , unfortunately are one who does not believe, the proofs of the power of the rosary, so maybe you could learn to say it for just a month or so and see if any miracles occur for you !

I'm not doubting your relationship with Jesus Christ,but please forgive me for not fitting into your package.Do I believe that people who pray the Rosary are going to Heaven? Yes I do,if they have a relationship with Christ because the rosary does contain the word {Jesus} of God. I just want you to know that God is raising up a generation of Believers that do not not need the structure of religion.These people will be able to move outside of the boundaries of the institution,just as Christ gave Jewish believers {early Church } the authority to move in freedom. I have a dear Catholic neighbor, who will always be Catholic, but when we get together to share one another's pain and joy there seems to be no separation in the body and all walls are broken . God has taught me many things through her,like the faith to never give up . She is like a spiritual grandmother and calls Jesus her savior too. What she conveys to me and I to her is a relationship. sometimes the biggest prayer to God is , "i need your help today" since he always turns an ear to desperation. We live in a day ,when we need the presence of God in our lives more and more each day.It is awesome to know that no matter what challenges we face each day that He is orchestrating every move and encounter himself. This takes all of the pressure off to perform in his sight. reality is that this world and the way it operates is not reality , but Reality actually flows down from the heavenly realms. What is big in a world view is small to God. What is small to the world is huge to God. I am not opposed to Jesus' mother. I am for the Lord Jesus. I do believe; I believe in Jesus. His power is the only power that is from God. I did say the rosary hundreds of times as a child, and it was vanity. Now I pray to our Father through Jesus. He is sufficient. I want to honor Him and serve Him, not try to see how I can get miracles to occur for me. The miracle is that He saved a sinner such as me, by His grace.

narses, I meant of among humankind who has walked the earth, only Jesus is God. I meant, "besides God". Of course I believe in the Apostles' creed and in the triune God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

THE ROSARY" As a child in a Roman Catholic Orphanage, the Presentation Sisters taught me how to say the Rosary and I was made to say the Rosary along with the other children every day.... My opinion today is that there is no power in the Rosary for me and other past and present survivors, because of the severe crimes the Presentation Sisters comitted on so many little innocent children at the orphanage...

Sisters or priests, protestants..ect...who MAY say the rosary and live breaking God's commandments....are only mocking God.
It helps no one, to do wrong,and to continue to do wrong and pray, the rosary or any prayer.......unless they repent and amend.

We know someone who recovered from a very serious illiness after we started a prayer campaign for him (which included Novenas to St. Jude and the Sacred Heart, as well as praying the Rosary). That was inspiring.
