I promise you, Bro. CLoud is not a bitter person. His only beef is that people who claim to preach the Gospel then water it down and change it for different audiences.

He's really a great guy. He's been a missionary to Nepal for over 15 years now, started churches there, and a Bible college.
If I read the article correctly, Mr. Graham doesn't say he does not believe Hell exist. He believes that the fiery torment may not refer to actual fire, but be a parallel to the agony of Hell.
