I don't know whether the oceans have specific patron saints or not.
On 29 September 1513 Balboa waded into the Pacific Ocean claiming all the lands that it touched for Spain. As 29 September is the feast day of St Michael I think that it would be most appropriate for him to be the patron saint of the Pacific Ocean.
In 1492 Columbus' flag ship was the Santa Maria. It ran aground at Christmas and had to be left behind. St Gabriel is Our Lady's herald and Columbus was the herald of the New World. Thus I think that St Gabriel would be the patron saint of the Atlantic Ocean.
In 1498 when DaGama was returning from India he was forced because of lack of crew to burn one of his ships on the African coast. That ship was the Sao Rafael. Thus I think that St Raphael would be the patron saint of the Indian Ocean.
