Simple. They're all bunk. Sola Scriptura is as doctrinal as the Arianism of the Jehovah's Witnesses and the whatever-it-is of the Mormon Godhead.

Mormons believe in His deity, but believe that He was divine just as they too can be divine. God, says Joseph Smith or Brigham Young (can't remember which right now, but it was one of the two), was once a man (and they ain't talking the incarnation).
