Indeed, we predicted that would be the reply. And you may be right - after all only the Father knows the day and hour.

But what I see in the "me" generation is unlike anything I've ever seen, read or heard about in previous generations.

For nearly a hundred years people have been force fed the notion that selfishness is healthy and good, e.g. Ayn Rand, "I'm ok, you're ok" "Looking out for number one." It's in movies, tv, literature, music, politics - seems like everywhere I look.

Women abort inconvenient babies without a second thought. People reject morals they find inconvenient.

Business deals that used to be done with a handshake when I was younger now require multiple pages of legalese as each side must "look out for number one." It is as if people search for things to litigate, an easy buck off the back of the other guy.

It is particularly sad to me that so many cherry pick the Scriptures they find convenient, say one thing but do another or don't want a "god" who sticks his nose in their private business.

Perhaps this kind of behavior has always been around - but frankly, to me, it seems commonplace with the "me" generation.

Your assessment of history and our era resonates wholesale with mine and my sense in m spirit.

Further, as a psychologist, it is mind boggling that folks could construe reality otherwise.

I realize that bias is incredibly powerful.

But gradients of difference, of degree are not that uncommon to experience and assess.

I suppose the DIMRAT MARXIST habit of telling a lie so often it is perceived as the truth has had it’s social and philosophical impact. But goodness! For believers??

The revealed KGB files in East Germany demosntrated that upwards of $10 million USD was spent by the Soviet Union to corrupt USA universities, media etc. in destroying our morals; infecting our institutions with moral relativism—IF IT FEELS GOOD, DO IT; THERE IS NO GOOD/EVIL, etc. They got good effectiveness for their money. We’ve been paying the deadly price for at least 50 years.

EVERY culture guilty of infanticide has been judged of God. Now, the whole globe is increasingly awash in it. God is not asleep on the issue.

The word “until” in verse 25 must be taken simply to mean that the remnant of Israel in this present age will continue to be saved right up “until the fullness of the Gentiles has come”, that is, right up until the close of this very age.

And why should it...That's not what it says...It does not say that the remnant of Israel will continue to be saved until the fullness of the Gentiles has come...

It says Israel shall be blinded (to the church) until the fullness of the Gentiles has come...

Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in.

Rather than dividing the people of God along racial line He is uniting in them under one salvation into one root and the fatness of one olive tree (v. 17).

Some of them, yes...But those that were blinded UNTIL, will become unblinded...They stumbled...And then what???

Rom 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

Rom 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

Has this happened yet??? NO...

Rom 11:28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.

After the fullness of the Gentiles comes in, unsaved Israel is STILL the beloved of God...

Rom 11:30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:
Rom 11:31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.
Rom 11:32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.
Rom 11:33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

When this AGE is thru, God will again turn to the partially blinded Israel...
