I know everybody has their opinions about America and what we are going through. But if you listen to Dr. Stanley's sermon you will identify with what he has to say.
I hope this helps you understand the situation we are in and what we need to do to get ourselves out it.
And I hope you will prayer for America.
I just prayed for my country with Dr. Charles Stanley. first we must confess our sins, change from our wicked ways, keep in prayer without ceasing. Then God will answer our prayers.
I prayed as well.
While I’m saddened for America, I’m really sad for those who are not only lost, but do not know they are lost. Much the same way I used to be.
So many people are so blinded in so many ways it is hard to penetrate into their understanding of reality or truth.
I heard somebody say once that it isn’t the people who do not have any answers that you need to worry about, but instead, the people who do not know what they do not know.
I just found that statement so profound.
Yes, it is profound, indeed.
Time is growing short, not only for the election, but for Satan. (The election seems to be his stage!)
He is enlisting battalions of his demons to assist in his evil works.
We, as watchmen on the wall, must rev up our methods of spreading the Good News. We must pray that the people have retained a capacity for critical thinking; that they have not been permanently subverted by the plummeting moral standards of the day.
God, please give us Your blessing. Without You we are nothing, but with You we are invincible.

Thank you for posting this. Not only did I pray with Dr. Stanley, but I saved it to favorites for my spouse to view later, and sent it to every Christian in my address book.
Dr Stanley is one of the Best preachers on TV..
Yes we need prayer in the worst way....People wanted GOD to leave..Keep him out of government, keep him out of our schools, keep him out of our workplace, keep him out of our communities...Now that he has left...We see the results of a GODLESS place which gives us a small taste of what H*ll might be...
GOD will never leave his flock, his believers and hopefully the powers of this world will ask him to come back, and Bless our Nation...We are nothing and can be nothing without the blessings of our Eternal Creator.
I see the battle much in the way you see it. My perspective thus, both as a willing sinner who has repented, which I remember well, as well as one of Gods warriors.
I have a mission. First to make sure my family is saved.
While they, myself included, were saved at an earily age. For the most part, we have turned away from God. And if they have the same understanding as I used to have. They do not know they have turned away from God. The reason being that while the turn was slow and gradual, it was fulfilling because everybody around me had no problem with it and seemed to accept my turning away.
Now, however, I am working to make sure my loved ones repent and stay that way. And the best way I’ve found was to lead by example.
I have a philosophy that goes, if never a spoken word was uttered, would somebody know I was a spokensman for Jesus just by observing my actions? If speech didn’t exist could somebody look at me and my actions and come to the conclusion that I am a Christian?
I know that is rather simplistic but I like to think my actions truly do speak louder than words.
just finished watching Charles Stanley. I was on my knees this morning praying for our nation. It makes me so sad that people have turned their back on our Lord. But this message brought me hope that God will not turn his back on our country!
I too prayed fervently for our nation this morning. We will receive God’s justice as well as His mercy. I am placing my country and my faith in God’s judgment - it is the most secure place to be.
